Is this product waterproof
This product is waterproof but it is water-resistant.
Could Stone Flex tiles be used in a 3-season room (not temperature regulated)?

We recommend using these tiles in a temperature regulated area.
Would this work for covering a concrete patio? Patio is mostly covered but still subject to heat/cold and some moisture from rain.

Although the Stone Flex Tiles - Travertine Collection could work for your application, the tiles are not UV treated. This means fading can occur. We would recommend choosing one of our products that are designed for outdoor use which can be found in the outdoor flooring category tab.
