Is this carpet mildew proof? And can it be on a deck in full sun.
This carpet is a wonderful outdoor carpet solution. It won't fade in the sun and it is mildew resistant.

This carpet is waterproof as well as water permeable. Liquids will not sit on top and absorb into the fibers. The fibers will resist the moisture and allow the liquid to seep through.
I’m looking for a carpet for my back deck. The dimensions are 12’ x 36’ I need it to be water permeable and I’m wondering if I order a carpet from you if it can be binded so it will stop from unraveling?

This carpet is made from recycled PET fiber so it should not unravel; however, you can always seal the edges with carpet glue or binding tape.
I would like to install a waterproof carpet on a plywood deck. Would this type of carpet work? Or would the plywood on the deck eventually rot?

This has less to do with the carpet and more to do with the wood. This carpet is porous, so water will penetrate it. If the wood is not sealed, yes, it will likely rot. You will want to use a sealant to prevent your deck from rotting.
Is this carpet good for high traffic areas?
It is a perfect flooring option for any room where a durable, cost effective floor is desired.
