Are any of the foam products tougher than others when it comes to dogs. We don't anticipate them being on them a lot, but they will probably walk on there every so often. I just don't want to buy anything that is going to rip up the first time our dogs walk on it. Thanks!

Our HD Soft Tiles are one of the toughest foam tiles when it comes to dogs. If the dog's nails are long, the tiles can still get damaged, but not as easily as our other foam products. The best flooring option for dogs would be our Soft Rubber Tiles or our other rubber flooring products.
Does each tile come with 2 edging strips?

Each HD Soft Tile comes with 2 removable edge pieces. This allows you to turn any tile into a corner, border, or center tile. These edges are not beveled; they are just straight cut edges.
Are your HD soft tiles formaldehyde free? Do you test for formaldehyde?

Formaldehyde is not used in the making of any of our foam tiles or foam tiles in general. Formaldehyde is typically confused as used in foam tiles due to the fact that formamide can be present in foam tiles. We don't use that chemical either, and we have testing to show that. All of our testing can be found by clicking on the Kid Safe icon.
Can you lay these tiles over carpet?

Our 3/8" HD Soft Tiles can be installed over low pile commercial carpet easily. If wanting to install over plush, thick padded carpet, we would suggest installing a 1/4" plywood base before installing the foam tiles. This will help to prevent a possible trip hazard when the pad depresses under the tiles.
