Are the interlocking foam Trade show tiles flame retardant?

Our Premium Soft Wood Tiles are fire resistant and have a Class 1 fire rating. They do not contain any fire retardants, so they are safe for kids of all ages.
What are the dimensions and weight of the actual case when filled with the tiles?

A full case of our Premium Soft Wood Tiles would be 26" x 26" x 17," and the weight would be approximately 25 lbs. Each tile weighs about a pound apiece.
Can we buy single tiles to make a floor for bigger spaces?

Do you have a beveled edge available for the wood tiles? I'd hate to have someone trip on my floor.
We currently do not have a beveled ramp for our Premium Soft Wood Trade Show Kits. Each tile comes with flat edges that help turn any tile into a corner, border, or center tile. Our kits have been used at many trade shows, and we haven't yet gotten a complaint about these tiles being a tripping hazard. To get a true sense of how thick these tiles are, we would recommend you get a sample of the flooring.
Are you able to put carpet padding underneath these or does it make it unstable?

We wouldn't recommend putting a thick carpet pad under our Premium Soft Wood Tiles as this may cause separation of the tiles as they are walked on. This is caused by the carpet pad underneath depressing and could cause a tripping hazard.
If I put it to cover the whole room, how do I finish the edge?

When installing our Premium Soft Wood Tiles for a whole room, you can cut the tiles to fit a whole room. You can use any types of standard flooring finishes to give the room the look that you desire. These tiles cut easily with a sharp utility knife and a straight edge.
What kind of warranty is there for these tiles?

Our Premium Soft Wood Tiles have a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. If you do have issues with your tiles after that point, don't worry, we will still be able to assist. If for some reason you do run into issues, please feel free to contact our Customer Success team via phone, chat, or email and they will be more than happy to assist.

Can the trade show tiles be used outdoors?

We don't recommend using our Premium Soft Wood Tiles outdoors but customers have used them outdoors. These tiles are made from foam and are not meant to handle the elements very well. Since they are free shipping, getting replacements is very economical. We recommend ordering a few extra tiles for replacements over time. If you are looking for a floor that would be able to handle the elements better, we do offer a wide range of outdoor rubber pavers that would be great for any outdoor space.
Does 1 case of 25 tiles cover a 10 x 10 tradeshow booth with edges?

A 25 tile kit of our Premium Soft Wood Trade Show Kits and all of our trade show kits covers approximately a 10' x 10' area. The amount covered is just a hair smaller than that area.
What padding/material should be used underneath the tile?

Our Premium Soft Wood Tiles are made from EVA foam, so no underlay is needed as these foam tiles would behave in the exact same manner, if not better as they are thicker and are more durable.
The wheeled soft case that comes with your 10' x 10' trade show floors can this be shipped via FedEx?

I'm looking at these for use in my physical therapy clinic. With Covid-19, sanitizing everything is a must. Can these be regularly sanitized with strong cleaners, or will that cause them to break down?

You can sanitize our Premium Soft Wood Tiles with any sanitizer. They will not break the tiles down.
How do the wood tiles stand up for outdoor shows that might be on a grassy area?

These tiles hold up very well outdoors, however if the surface under them is uneven they may try to separate from each other. Ideally for setup in grass you would want the surface to be flat and the grass to be short.
If installing in basement over concrete floor should I use a moisture barrier?
Our Premium Soft Wood Tiles are made with close-celled EVA foam and would not need a vapor barrier placed underneath them. If you do have water issues, we do recommend sealing your floor first, which will help to reduce incidences of mold and mildew growth.
