What type of underlayment do you recommend for basement (concrete) installation of your eco cork vineyard sunset tiles? Moisture issues are undetermined at this time but a potential concern. Thank you!

These tiles have underlayment attached. You must install a moisture barrier over concrete.

do you need a barrier for a wood floor before laying the cork flooring ? and how do i seal it or what do i need to get to seal it from moisture getting under it ?

You would need a moisture barrier over a concrete subfloor only.

Would I be able to use cork flooring in an office with rolling desk chairs? Would this wear the tiles out too fast? Sub floor would be concrete.

Yes, this floor can be used in an office with rolling desk chairs however we recommend putting down a mat that the chair can roll on to avoid wear and tear on the cork floor.
can I get cork tile samples?

Can this product be used over a concrete floor with radiant heat? If so, what should be used as a barrier?

You can install our Eco-Cork Vineyard Sunset Cork Tiles on a concrete floor with radiant heating. No barrier is necessary when installing the cork planks.

These Eco-Cork Vineyard are made by Amorim in Portugal, the premier company for producing cork products for over 100 years. These tiles are made to Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) standards for indoor flooring and have no problems with off-gassing or other problems associated with VOCs.
