Is this mat safe/non-staining on vinyl planking?

Yes, our Dante Decalon entrance mats are safe over vinyl planking and any other hard surface flooring. The backing on these mats is a vinyl backing.
Can I cut this mat? I have a customer that has a recessed area by an entry door and she wants a mat insert with thickness to it. It’s a custom size.

You can cut our Dante Decalon with a sharp utility knife and a straight edge.
