do they stick to cement floor (example: garage). we are going to use for inside of garage to turn it into man cave
Yes, as long as the cement is smooth. These tiles can be applied to any smooth, flat subfloor.
What adhesive material is used on the back? Will it damage the hardwood floor when removed?

These tiles have a peel and stick tape adhesive. If you'd like to protect your wood floors, you could stick the carpet planks to a tarp instead of directly to the wood.

These tiles have a peel and stick adhesive backing. They are water resistant.
Which colors are used in the multi-color rug shown?
The colors are Spice Cookie, Ground Fog, and Menswear.
Can these be thrown in the wash to be cleaned?
This is not recommended. We recommend spot cleaning these tiles. They may also be cleaned in the sink.
Can this carpet tile be used on a screened in porch ?

Yes, as long as the porch is enclosed, this should be ok, but note that these tiles are not recommended for use where they will be exposed to the outdoor elements. Yes, these tiles can be installed over plywood.
