This product already has underlayment attached, so additional would not be recommended.
Can this be installed over tile?

Yes, the planks are dense and rigid enough that they could be installed over existing tile provided that there are no larger irregularities in the height.
Will this product be suitable for a lake cabin that has no heat over the winter? Is the warranty applicable for this situation?

The warranty will be applicable as long as the temperature doesn't exceed 105 degrees.
Would this flooring be able to support a pool table without causing damage to the flooring?

Yes, a pool table can be placed on top of this flooring. We highly recommend using furniture pads under the table legs to avoid scratching the floor.
