Can I roll it out and roll it back up? Also, will I be able to stick vinyl to it?

Technically you can roll out and back up our Eco-Flec Rubber Rolls. With the thicker rolls, it may be a little more difficult to roll them back up every time and move them as they can be heavy, but it is doable. Depending on the type of vinyl, you can install it over our rubber rolls. Luxury vinyl flooring and waterproof vinyl can be installed easily over rubber flooring without it causing staining. If you use a virgin vinyl product that has no backing, there is potential for staining. To prevent this staining, we recommend placing a plastic sheet between the vinyl and the rubber flooring.
