Will this work on a second-floor deck that is above another deck? What will the drainage of 'pet mess' do?

Our Pet Pro Turf Rolls can be installed on a second-floor deck that is above another deck. When installing on a deck, you will want to secure the turf in place, so it doesn't get blown away in the wind. We recommend using some double-sided tape or glue. Regarding liquids of all kinds, they will flow through the turf to the concrete below. For urine, it more than likely won't flow to the deck below. With a heavy rainstorm, water will flow under and out from the turf. If you wanted to clean under the turf, the double-sided tape route would allow you to lift the turf and clean it.
