How does this hold up in the snow? I did the calculator and it looks like if you have a 600sq foot area, that I'd need 3 pallets? How deep do you want the base (below the mulch) to be and how do you prep the base? Does the mulch get out and all over the rest of a yard easily or does it stay pretty contained?
The mulch would do just fine in the snow. For installation instructions, please check the "Installation" tab on the product page. The mulch would stay pretty contained once you've installed it unless the mulch is deliberately moved.
