I am planning on making a home gym in our basement. Is it ok to put right on the concrete? I am afraid of water leaking and getting between the concrete floor and rubber floor. And can I drill holes in the flooring to match with the drain?

Our 1/2" Mega Rubber Rolls can be installed in a basement over concrete. Our rubber flooring is water-resistant and will not be affected if water to get in between the flooring and the concrete subfloor. We recommend in basements to loose lay our rubber flooring, so if there is a flooding event, you can easily remove the rolls and properly clean them. You can easily cut our rubber flooring to add areas for drainage with a sharp utility knife.
