Is the 1/2" Mega Rubber Roll firm enough to use exercise equipment with wheels, e.g., ab roller, etc., and not buckle or move under the wheel?

Our 1/2" Mega Rubber Rolls are firm enough that you can move gym equipment across them that have wheels, and the floor wouldn't buckle. Over time, the only thing you will notice with any heavy equipment is that there may be an indentation where the equipment sat. If the equipment was in the location for a short duration, the flooring does have some memory and will bounce back. If the gym equipment were there for an extended time, the indentation would become permanent.
