Does your rubber gym floor have latex in it?

Our 3/8" Heavy Duty Rubber Rolls are made with treads of recycled truck tires. Since the recipe to make tires is held pretty tightly by the tire manufacturers, there is potential for there to be a very small amount of latex in our rubber flooring. During the vulcanization process and also in the grinding the revulcanization process, latex does break down quite considerably. However, there is still potential for there to be a minimal amount still present. If you do have a latex allergy, we recommend ordering a sample of our flooring and to test it on your skin to see if you react.
