Does one need quad connectors to connect 2 tiles at the edges? Is it even possible to connect two tiles at the edges, or it is only to connect 4 tiles in the middle? Thank you!

You'd only need the quad blok connector to connect 4 tiles together, the weight of the tiles will help them stay in place. Please see our installation video under the "Installation" tab on the product page for detailed installation instructions.
