Will this work on rocky and uneven ground?

We recommend installing our Vented Grid-Loc Tiles over a hard flat surface like concrete or asphalt. We don't recommend installing this over rocky, uneven ground as the tiles will not interlock properly. We do have other products that can be installed over this surface.
