Is there a height requirement for these mats ? Are adult size able to practice on the 15” and 16” mats ?

Adults can absolutely use our incline mats. Choosing the size of an incline mat has a general rule of thumb that you want your Incline mat to be about as long as you are tall, or as close as you can get.
