Would there be any concern with placing a 300-pound treadmill on top of this, since the tiles are not solid? Would this cause damage to the tile? Or should I put something underneath the treadmill feet to distribute the weight across a larger area?
You can place any type of fitness equipment over our 5/8" Evolution Rubber Tiles without it causing damage.
