I want to finish the space above my garage. Right now, there are just floorboards laid over the rafters and beams. Would it be okay to lay this 3/4" mat right on top? Or should I put down a layer of sub-flooring first (and if so, any specific recommendations)?
As long as the floorboards are flat and solid, you can install our 3/4" Premium Extreme Mats over them in your garage.�
