Can these tiles be installed over a hardwood floor without damaging the surface, in case they are removed in the future?

Our 8mm Strong Rubber Tiles - Designer Series can be installed over most hardwood floors without damaging them. If there is concern that the floor may damage your hardwood, we recommend placing a plastic sheet under the tiles to prevent any unforeseen damage.
