I have compacted dirt flooring in my garage, what kind of foundation does this product need to be applied on?

When installing our Diamond Nitro Rolls, all you need is a hard flat surface to install them over. If your dirt floor is compacted and virtually flat, our Nitro Rolls will install over it easily.
