We have hardwood laminate flooring. Will the mat slide around? Do I need an additional mat under this one?

Over a laminate flooring our 5'x10'x2" Tumbling Mats should stay in place, but under certain exercises, there is potential for them to move. To help prevent this, we recommend placing a rug pad underneath the mat to help prevent movement.
