Looking to put a power rack in my extra bedroom with carpet. Would I need put plywood between the carpet and mat to protect my foundation? Looking to do some over head presses and deadlifts.

If the carpet in your room is a low pile, commercial carpet, then you can install our 3/4" Shock Tiles over it with no issues. If the carpet is a plush, thick padded carpet, we recommend placing a 1/4" thick plywood board down before installing our rubber tiles. This will prevent the tiles from separating when the carpet pad underneath depresses.
