Are there slots so the water can drain. Are there ways the water can continue to slide out under the tiles, so the water does not accumulate there?

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers don't have slots in them to allow for water drainage. The tiles themselves are made to be water permeable and allow water to flow through them. This water will drain through the tile and to the ground below. If it over dirt, the water will soak into the soil. If over concrete, the water will flow under the tiles to the soil.
