We ordered the 3/8" product to be installed in a yoga room that is approximately 44' x 22', and there are several seams to be treated in the space. I see previously it was recommended to use the seam glue for these. Is this different from the glue used to adhere to the substrate floor? Can the seams be welded instead?
Our 3/8" Heavy Duty Rubber Rolls can't be heat welded. If you want to seal the seams, we recommend using our Seam Sealer glue. Our Seam Sealer glue is the same type of glue that we used to glue our rubber flooring in place, polyurethane, but in a smaller format and is colored black. Our Premium Seam Sealer glue uses the same glue as our EZ Polyurethane glue. So if you wanted to use the same glue throughout your whole install, we would recommend using our EZ Polyurethane and our Premium Sealer glues.
