I have two outdoor porches that need to covered. They are both cement and not cracked, just ugly. I want to put the carpet down with out gluing. We are in PA and get all kinds of weather and want to be sure that it will withstand all the elements of the weather, especially snow and below temp, it will not be brought in in the winter. Thanks.
