Want to buy the 5' X 10' mat for my granddaughter to use practicing gymnastics and cheerleading. She wants to put the mat outside when she practices. We live in Florida. Will the mat get too hot?

Our 5'x10'x2" Tumbling Mats can be used outdoors. These mats are encased in vinyl, so in direct sunlight they can become warm to the touch. To keep the mat from getting too hot outdoors, it would be recommended to keep the mat out of direct sunlight. If that is not possible, running cold water over the mat and then drying it will help to dissipate some of the heat.
