We want to purchase flooring for an irregularly shaped room with a sealed cement floor. We want the flooring to cover an approximately 8 x 12-foot area (it would not go all the way to the wall). If the mat is rolled out over the floor, will it slip with activities like plyometrics? Also, is this material safe for babies/young children to sit/play on? Thank you!!

Our 3/8" Heavy Duty Rubber Rolls are pretty heavy, so it is pretty tough to move them, but there are certain exercises that could move them. Most Plyometric exercises won't cause the flooring to move. If, for some reason, the rubber rolls did move, we would recommend placing some double-sided tape under the rolls to keep them in place. Our rubber flooring is safe for children and babies to sit or play on. Our rubber flooring is tested constantly to ensure that it is safe for children of all ages. If you like a copy of the testing that is performed on our rubber flooring, we recommend contacting one of our Flooring Heroes via email, chat, or phone.
