We were wanting something for a floor in a chicken house. Something we could fold up and dump off to clean. Can we unroll and roll out the 1/4” mat, and would it lay flat?

You can use our 1/4" 4' x 10' Tough Mats as flooring in a chicken house or coop. These rolls are very portable and can be easily rolled up and rolled out. The rubber rolls will initially be curled at the ends but will lay flat fairly quickly. After that initial installation, the roll will lay flat immediately when rolled up and rolled back out.
