I want to drop 400 lbs overhead on this mat, with bumper plates, in my garage. Will my neighbors have to worry about the sound?

Our 3/4" Shock Mats will greatly reduce the noise generated from dropping weights, but will not eliminate the noise. So depending on how hard you drop the weights, there is potential for your neighbors to hear you still.
