Can it be used over a wooden outdoor deck to prevent rain seeping through?

Our 8mm Strong Rubber Rolls - Designer Series can be installed over an outdoor wooden deck. They are semi-porous, so some water may seep through, but this will help to diminish the amount of water seeping through greatly. To truly make this a water-resistant flooring surface, we recommend using our floor finish and sealer and using seam sealer glue at the seams of the rolls. This will ensure no water flows through.
