Can these also be used for traditional karate training? Is the undersurface non-slip so they will stay attached?

Our Competition Wrestling Mats can be used as flooring for traditional karate training. To keep the mats in place, we recommend using our mat tape. The bottom of the mats are foam and are not the most slip-resistant. The actual weight of the mats will help to keep them in place once taped together.
