Once installed with adhesive on the bottom of each tile and joined together properly, will water leak through these Flagstone Rubber Pavers?

Since our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are semi-porous, water still will flow through the tiles even when glued. This water will eight evaporate over time or make its way through channels that are formed when gluing pavers to concrete.
