Are any of your engineered woods waterproof?
Generally, waterproof means that you could submerge one of the planks in water and take it out days later with no change in the plank. That would mean no swelling and no warping. Currently there isn't an engineered wood on the market that can make that claim. However, when a water-resistant engineered wood floor is installed properly it can withstand quite a bit of moisture. You obviously wouldn't want to leave pools of standing water on your floor, but the surface technology of many water resistant hardwoods can make them very stable in wet conditions.
