I was curious to know about the surface of the slide mats. Our grandchildren's slid is built into the ground. When they reach the end of the slide they are level with the ground.We are looking for a way to minimize the muddiness at the end of the slide. Would the children be able to slide onto the mat without getting a "mat burn"?
