I am considering this to cover a 10x10 home gym. Would this adequately support a spin bike and treadmill in terms of stability while operating the equipment? Understand that the foam would give to the weight of the equipment, and one wouldn�t want to move these large pieces around the floor, but would the bike remain stable on top of the foam while riding?
