When using this type of mat to squat, will the mat give from the weight, or does it remain firm thereby providing a stable surface to safely squat? Can you park a car on top of this mat when used in a gym garage?
Our 3/4" 4' x 6' Extreme Mats are very dense and would not depress when doing a squat or any other exercise on them. You�
