Can this be used outside as a landscaping weed barrier surface next to a pool?

Our 3/8" Heavy Duty Rubber Rolls can be used as a weed barrier surface next to a pool. Since these rubber rolls are primarily black, they will get hot in direct sunlight. We recommend spraying water on the rolls as needed in the hottest parts of the day. Since rubber is very slip-resistant, and more so when wet, kids of all ages can play as hard as they want to.
