If deck tiles are installed over pressure-treated wooden boards, will water accumulate under the tiles?

Our Helios Deck Tiles (8 Slat) offer drainage so the water will drain through the tile. If your subfloor has a slope for drainage, it should not accumulate. However, if it is not sloped, it could accumulate under heavy rain.
