Will these rubber tiles hold up to weight sleds? I'm curious if the sled will get caught where the tiles interlock.

Since our 1/2" Rubber Gym Tiles and pretty much all rubber flooring has a high coefficient of friction, typical sleds don't typically work on them. If you wanted to use a sled over our rubber flooring, you would have to find one specifically made to work over rubber. There are a few out there that are essentially vinyl/plastic sacs that you lay flat and add weight into them.
