I want to use a jigsaw and/or a circular saw to cut. I see you suggest water to cool as an aid and slow speed, but I'm also interested in what kind of blade to use - how many teeth per inch?
You really can use any type of blade out there. There isn't really one that is best. The best saw for cutting rubber flooring is a bandsaw.
