How do the tiles stand up to pet urine? Are they porous and the urine flows through? What do you suggest for using the product in a pet-friendly yard?

These are not porous, and water will stay on top of the tiles, leading to a drain. Please see our outdoor sports tiles, since those are porous and will allow water to pass through them easily.
