Can these rolls be used as a track covering?

Technically, yes, you could use our 8mm Pre-Cut Rubber Rolls as a track. Typically track installations involve a multi-layer rubber system that adds bounce while running. This helps to protect the joints while running or jogging. Our rubber rolls won't provide that bounce, but they are very good solutions over a concrete or gravel track. It is common to see our rubber rolls used for indoor tracks.
