I need something for 56 year old knees and joint for HIIT, Tabata and other aerobic/cardio activity. Is this it?! Thanks

Our 1" MMA mats are great for HIIT workouts and help absorb some of the impact you might experience while doing these workouts. To ensure that the mats stay together during a lot of lateral movements, make sure to have enough mats connected. The more mats pieces there are, the more stable their configuration!
