Will the double-sided tape ruin hardwood flooring? Do I definitely need adhesive over hardwood? Thanks!

When installing our 3/8" Heavy Duty Rubber Rolls, double-sided tape or glue is typically not needed for most residential gyms. If you have to use double-sided tape, there may be some residue left behind if you were to remove the tape. This can be removed with some Goo-Gone.
