If I put this mat on a wood floor indoors and power lift on top of the mat, will the mat be thick and durable enough to protect the floor? Also, I am looking for different dimensions; is it possible to cut this mat with a boxcutter?

Our 3/4" Premium Extreme Mats are very durable and will keep your subfloor protected when doing any Olympic exercises on it. These mats are vulcanized, which is our toughest form of rubber flooring. Since these mats are so thick and are vulcanized, these mats can be a little tough to cut with a utility knife, but can. it will just take a few scores with the knife to get through the mat.
