I have a concrete garage floor and wondering if the 8mm rubber rolls would be a good choice and adhere well as I’m converting my garage into a gym.

Our 8mm Strong Rubber Rolls - Designer Series are a great flooring option for any home garage gym. These rolls can be installed over any hard, flat surface and don't have to be adhered. You can park a car on these rubber rolls, but if your car does drip any oil, we recommend placing one of our Nitro Rolls or AutoFloorGuard's containment mats where you park your vehicle. The oil from your car can breakdown the flooring over time causing it to flake. If you did want to adhere the flooring in place, we recommend using double-sided tape or a polyurethane adhesive.
