I would like to install the 3/8" rubber flooring in my small woodworking shop. The cement floor isn't perfectly smooth, with minor bumps throughout. I hope I can install the rubber flooring without putting down a leveling layer. Will the flooring settle over a cement floor that isn't perfectly smooth?

Yes, you can install our 3/8" Heavy Duty Rubber Rolls over a subfloor that is not perfectly smooth. Our rubber rolls are forgiving to imperfect subfloors. If you are concerned the flooring would get damaged over the imperfect subfloor, we recommend placing some 1/4" plywood over the subfloor. This will create a flat rigid surface for the flooring to be installed over.
