Does laying rubber tiles require an expansion gap? I am deciding whether I can install them flush UP to the trim or tuck them UNDER the trim (if needing room for expansion).
When installing our 3/8" Sport-Lock Rubber Tiles, you will want to leave at least a 3/8" wide expansion gap around your floor. This will allow the flooring to expand and contract properly. When finishing out your space, you will want to place a quarter round or similar trim over your flooring to hide this gap.
