I am making a home gym in a basement and want a mold and mildew resistant flooring as well as the best grip/ absorption flooring you guys have. Would this flooring be what you recommend? Or is there another PVC flooring better for absorption/ grip?

Our Smooth Flex Tiles can definitely be used in a home gym application and will provide good grip and some absorption. If you need heavy duty absorption, we'd recommend going with one of our rubber products. Otherwise, for an attractive floor that will be easy to clean, mold/mildew resistant, and provide absorption our Smooth Flex Tiles are a good way to go!
